Theft from Motor Vehicles

There is a strong likelihood that we will see an increase of thefts from motor vehicles at beauty spots and car parks in our rural areas. There is an increase of tourists and day visitors to local sites of interest due to the favourable weather and large scale events such as Solstice.
Officers to pro-actively patrol local points of interest and rural areas. Engage with vehicles owners and walkers at the locations to ensure possessions and items are not on display in vehicles.

Youth Engagement

We want to engage and speak with our young people both at the Friday night youth club and elsewhere around the Marlborough area. This will hopefully assist us in getting closer ties with young people and breaking down some of the barriers between young people and the police.
