Neighbourhood Priorities

All areas affected by A360 closure

Issue Date Thursday 13th June 2024

The A360 is currently closed for 3 months from Camp Hill Woodford (north of Salisbury) to the junction with the A303, Winterbourne Stoke. A diversion is in place through Amesbury and temporary weight restrictions are in place through many of the local villages. The local NPT will be patrolling and monitoring the areas when they can to ensure compliance with the restrictions and diversion. They will be supported by other departments in this. While we will do what we can to ease the situation there will be some unavoidable disruption and delayed journey times due to this work.

ASB Concerns

Issue Date Monday 10th June 2024

We have seen an increase in anti social behaviour (ASB) in the parks and open spaces across Larkhill, Bulford and Durrington in recent weeks. Youths have been throwing flint on parks, causing a nuisance around local shops and using scooters in inappropriate areas. Patrols have increased in these areas and officers are looking to identify those involved to offer them advice around acceptable behaviour and to deter ASB and crime.
