Neighbourhood Priorities

Residents are struggling with parking in this area - this is a narrow street and many of the houses are built without drives. They have stated this matter can affect quality of life, and often concerns that start over matters such as these can escalate into larger ones

  • Deal with any offenders regarding this matter should crimes be committed by individuals

It is reported that young persons are present in the area of Trinity Place, Dawley being noisy, shouting using offensive language, littering the area and throwing stones at properties.

  • Regular patrols to provide reassurance to local residents
  • Deal with any offences reported such as criminal damage if relevant
  • Look at environmental factors such as lighting/natural places that make the area vulnerable to loitering
  • Partnership working with Bourneville Housing to work together to improve the situation

Action Date


Motorbikes around the Malinslee area, particularly near to the centre. They are going off road, along footpaths and grassed areas, aside from being a nuisance this can be dangerous to the wider community.

When opportunity allows we will follow up with sections 59's and pursue traffic offences for those responsible.

Targetted patrols will take place at the locations and at times when these bikes are out..
