Neighbourhood Priorities

Youth age robbery of personal property. Patrols are conducted in the Enfield Town area after school time to deter and catch robbery suspects - (Town Park and surrounding streets).

Cocooning and victim support are carried out on all assigned burglary visits. Door to door enquires are made to local residents for anything suspicious seen at the time of the crime or whether there is any CCTV in the area. Crime prevention leaflets are given out to up to 25 households. Five households either side and ten households directly opposite and five behind the venue if appropriate. It’s hoped that residents not spoken to at the time of our visits will come forward if anything witnessed in relating to the crime. Residents, Neighbourhood Watch/Residents Associations are informed on OWL and ACE of burglaries on our ward and a message is also posted on Twitter.

Patrols are conducted in the areas where motor vehicle crime is reported and contact is also made with the victims to offer crime prevention advice. Residents, Neighbourhood Watch/Residents Associations are informed on OWL and ACE of motor vehicle crimes on our ward and a message is also posted on Twitter. Speed checks will be conducted on the ward.
