Reduce drug dealing, street drinking, antisocial behaviour and young people’s fear of intimidation in Neasden town centre, Neasden roundabout and Cairnfield Court

*Arrange with council officers regular multi-agency operations at the end of the school day
*Inform Cairnfield Court residents of effective ways to report incidents and deter antisocial behaviour. Residents will be made aware of any emerging issues and feedback through Owl/ Ward Panel members or Community contact sessions. Statistical analysis will be completed to assess actions success

Reduce crime and the fear of violence in and around Neasden Tube Station, including along the footpath to Southview Avenue

*Provide reassurance by patrolling at times when the station is busy
*Engage with local residents and station users to encourage them to report crime
*Arrange for British Transport Police and Transport for London to monitor activity in the station, including non-payment of fares
*Work with the council to improve lighting and surveillance

Reduce residential burglary in the areas where it is high in the west section of the ward using evidence based strategies. Research will be carried out using latest Met technology to map offences for location, days and times

*Identify the access methods and times of all recent burglaries in each area then deliver flyers across the local area with relevant burglary prevention advice
*Visit all burglary victims and their neighbours to provide crime prevention advice in person
* Publicise and hold crime prevention stalls in the areas
* Hold community contact sessions with groups in the areas, including the mosque and the church. monthly crime patterns will be assessed using cutting edge technology to determine reduction of burglaries
