The Humberstone neighbourhood consists predominantly of residential premises covering Humberstone village, and the Hamilton and Netherhall housing estates.

The Neighbourhood Team holds regular surgeries and community consultation events at various locations within the ward, providing residents with the opportunity to meet the team and discuss any issues relevant to policing the area and making it a safe and enjoyable place to be.

General ASB - results from "my views" survey conducted by the local team, via Neighbourhood Link, indicate that this is a priority concern on the area.

Issue Date Monday 15th April 2024

• Local officers to continue high visibility patrols in Netherhall, Hamilton and Humberstone.
• Continue to work with local Councillors and the City Council to manage any tenancies associated with such behaviour.
• Patch Walks have been completed. Further patch walk to take place in January on the Netherhall area to speak to Local residents.

Vehicle Crime - results from "my views" survey conducted by the local team, via Neighbourhood Link, indicate that this is a priority concern on the area.
Residents have complained theft from motor vehicles and vehicle interference

• Local officers to continue to complete high visibility patrols around the areas of Hamilton, Netherhall and Humberstone.

• Street Consultation and beat surgeries to be completed to speak to local residents and provide crime prevention advice.

• We will be completing plain clothes patrols to detect those causing the most harm to the beat and dealing with them accordingly.

•We will be developing any intelligence received by the public or the Police in order to identify offenders.

•Close working with Neighbourhood Priority Team.
• Speaking to local residents within the area to continue to develop intelligence.
• Patch Walk to be completed so speak to local residents to discuss any concerns.
• We will be completing plain clothes patrols to detect those causing the most harm to the beat and dealing with them accordingly.
