Neighbourhood Priorities
Targeting drug related criminality & ASB
Issue Date Wednesday 7th February 2024
We will:- 1.Gather community intelligence through community engagement & patrols. 2.Regularly review crime trend information and intelligence to identify hot spot locations and potential suspects. 3.Conduct High visibility and plain clothes patrols in identified hot spot locations. 4.Conduct stop searches on those suspected/identified as being involved in drug use or drug dealing 5.Work with Partners to issue where appropriate Community Protection Warnings / Notices and Criminal Behaviour Orders 6.Pro-actively enforce drug use and target drug dealers. 7.Action any vulnerability identified (including cuckooing). 8.Feedback actions taken to partners and the community via Derbyshire alert, newsletters, and social media.
