Persimmon building contractors have reported a burglary to their site on Brympton, Yeovil, where tools were stolen.

We have had numerous calls regarding loose dogs on public roads in the rural areas of Yeovil, such as Cokers, Odcombe, Hardington’s.

Due to the high number of calls regarding this, we ask that if you see any dogs unaccompanied or out of control, report this to us on 101.

Recently, there have been numerous reports of dogs worrying sheep in our rural communities.
Be aware, when walking your dogs to keep them under control.
Use a lead around livestock, but release your dog if chased by cattle.
